All prices are provided in official quotations and are subject to change based on market conditions and custom requirements. Payments must be made as per the invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in delivery.

4. Quotes and Orders

Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Orders will only be processed after written confirmation and advance payment (if applicable). Custom jobs are non-cancellable once production has started.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We strive for on-time delivery, but delivery dates are estimates. Delays due to force majeure, material availability, or third-party logistics are not the responsibility of DMISCO. Shipping costs and responsibilities are outlined in the order confirmation.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We guarantee that our products meet industry standards and agreed specifications. However, we do not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or alterations by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of DMISCO and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
